VTech Kid Connect allows parents to stay in touch with their children even when they are not at home. This application works in conjunction with VTech's InnoTab® kids' tablets, enabling kids to communicate between their InnoTab® and an iPhone, iPad, or another mobile device. Parental approval is required for all contacts before any communication can occur, ensuring a secure environment for your child.

It is important to note that Kid Connect is designed specifically for communication with InnoTab® users; messages cannot be sent to non-InnoTab users.

• Stay Connected Anywhere, Anytime: Kid Connect uses an Internet connection to facilitate communication between parents and their children regardless of location, allowing families to keep in touch globally. Parents can also include family members and friends on the child's Friends List, permitting grandparents to remain close as well.
• Child Safety: Every contact must be approved by parents before any communication takes place. Strangers cannot contact your child unless they are added to the child's Friends List by a parent.
• Appropriate for All Ages: Kids of all ages can use Kid Connect to share various multimedia content such as voice messages, photos, drawings, stickers, and pre-recorded messages. As children grow older, text messaging capabilities become available.
• Group Chat: With the Group Chat feature, children can communicate and share with multiple family members or friends simultaneously.
• Moment Sharing: Parents can effortlessly share photos or drawings created by their child and instantly post them on social media platforms.
• Entertaining Features: The ability to customize avatars with personal photos or cartoon designs, use fun stickers, pre-recorded messages, and the voice changer function adds an element of fun for children engaging with Kid Connect.

Parents:

Please complete the registration of your child's VTech device prior to downloading this application. During this process, one parent will receive a Kid Connect ID and password. This parent will oversee the child's Friends List and manage friend requests on the child's behalf via the app. The other parent must create a separate Kid Connect account and be added as a friend on the child's list.

Other Family Members:

Prior parental authorization is necessary before contacting a child through Kid Connect. Once registered for a Kid Connect account, inform the child's parent of your Kid Connect ID so they can send you a Friend request.
